This is an extremely well crafted document. In my opinion, it’s the greatest book ever written on this subject. It’s not AI written, or sloppy work. It comes from someone who is clearly very wise and highly developed spiritual mind and intends to create a well thought out plan for others. God bless this man’s work. I appreciate good writing. And it is well written indeed. And has plenty of workbook space for your own accountability and homework to participate in this renewal process. Based in scriptures, but yet doesn’t ignore modern science and medicine. I truly thank god for this book. And Jason Pretzel for delivering it as his mindful servant.
